  • Atris is owned and operated by Moskah Information Technology Company<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  • All available data is owned by Atris or by the entities that have licensed it for use.<\/li>\n
  • Using the data does not result in any transfer of intellectual property rights.<\/li>\n
  • The user is granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable<\/strong> license to use the data.<\/li>\n
  • Data usage is restricted to:\n

    • Research purposes<\/li>\n
    • Analysis and studies<\/li>\n
    • Institutional use<\/li>\n
    • Internal commercial use<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • The user is prohibited from:<\/li>\n
    • Reselling the data or sharing it with any third party<\/li>\n
    • Publishing or distributing the data by any means<\/li>\n
    • Using the data for purposes other than those authorized<\/li>\n
    • The user must maintain the confidentiality of the data and protect it from copying, leakage, or unauthorized use.<\/li>\n
    • The user bears full responsibility for any illegal or unauthorized use of the data.<\/li>\n
    • Atris bears no responsibility for the results arising from the user\u2019s use of the data after delivery.<\/li>\n
    • Transferring, selling, or otherwise disposing of the data, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited.<\/li>\n
    • Atris reserves the right to monitor data usage and request proof of compliance.<\/li>\n
    • Atris may suspend or revoke the license immediately in the event of any violation.<\/li>\n
    • Confidentiality and non-sharing obligations remain in effect even after termination of use.<\/li>\n
    • Atris reserves the right to amend this data usage policy, and continued use constitutes acceptance of such amendments.<\/li>\n
    • This policy is governed by the laws and competent judicial authorities of the State of Libya<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
