- Atris is owned and operated by Moskah Information Technology Company.
- All available data is owned by Atris or by the entities that have licensed it for use.
- Using the data does not result in any transfer of intellectual property rights.
- The user is granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the data.
- Data usage is restricted to:
- Research purposes
- Analysis and studies
- Institutional use
- Internal commercial use
- The user is prohibited from:
- Reselling the data or sharing it with any third party
- Publishing or distributing the data by any means
- Using the data for purposes other than those authorized
- The user must maintain the confidentiality of the data and protect it from copying, leakage, or unauthorized use.
- The user bears full responsibility for any illegal or unauthorized use of the data.
- Atris bears no responsibility for the results arising from the user’s use of the data after delivery.
- Transferring, selling, or otherwise disposing of the data, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited.
- Atris reserves the right to monitor data usage and request proof of compliance.
- Atris may suspend or revoke the license immediately in the event of any violation.
- Confidentiality and non-sharing obligations remain in effect even after termination of use.
- Atris reserves the right to amend this data usage policy, and continued use constitutes acceptance of such amendments.
- This policy is governed by the laws and competent judicial authorities of the State of Libya.
